Donna Shillinger founded Platinum Consulting Group after more than 30 years of leading enterprise transformation programs from the inside. Her background includes senior delivery roles at SAP America and Big Four leadership experience as a former Deloitte Managing Director.
Her perspective is shaped by the realities of large-scale transformation: executive expectations, complex system environments, governance pressure, testing discipline, data readiness, and the need to keep programs moving without losing control.
